My newest Creation...a banana split cupcake! While watching Cupcake Wars the other night one of the girls made a banana split cupcake. I thought to myself, wow that would be delicious!!! So I made a banana cupcake, filled it with a strawberry/pineapple filling, topped off with a whip cream frosting and chocolate ganache finished with a cherry on top!
