An old friend of mine called me wanting me to make her cupcakes for her girl friends birthday. It was a surprise "Pirate" themed Birthday Party. She told me she wanted Red Velvet cupcakes and just be creative and this is what I came up with. I just love the Girl Pirates ha ha!
