Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcake

Mmmm! I love the Fall because of PUMPKIN!!! I crave pumpkin cookies year around, I crave pumpkin curry, YES Pumpkin Curry, from this awesome Thia Restraunt we absolutely love, I crave pumpkin bread, I think I love everything pumpkin but...Pumpkin Pie. I don't know why, not a big fan and if I do eat it I have to have TONS of icecream. But it got me thinking of cupcakes of course and I do love pumpkin chocolate chip cookies so why not in a cupcake??? Here is a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcake. I serve it with Cream Cheese Frosting but for me No frosting just plain with extra chocolate chips like you see in the picture. Mmmm they are delicous!!!
