So you see it all the time...bacon can be added to everything! Recently I saw a maple glazed donuts with bacon crumbled on it and thought...hmm I should try this with a cupcake. So I made a bacon buttermilk cupcake and topped it off with a maple butter cream frosting and sprinkled bacon bits on top. I also go inspired by seeing chocolate covered bacon so I decided to also make a chocolate maple bacon cupcake.
