Day 2 - 10 Day Happiness Challenge


 Since so many of us are looking for happiness. Iḿ hosting a 10 day happiness challenge. I truly believe if we create positive habits and make sure we are doing them everyday, we will all start appreciating ourselves and our lives a lot more and as a result, we will become happier.

Be Kind - Do things for others... Ill be honest, when someone randomly asks us in the parking lot for money we usually don´t give them anything. One day in the @maceys_store gas station, a guy pulled up by Dave, told him his pay check was coming late and needed $20 for gas. For some reason Dave had a good feeling about it and gave him the $20 and a couple of free cupcake cards. And didn't really think anymore about it. Recently I was in the shop cleaning the tables and a man asked me if I was the owners wife, i replied yes and he told me about Dave. Dave never mentioned that he even did this and my heart melted. This stranger, this this man was so grateful for Daves act of kindness.

Doing things to help others is not only good for the recipients- it has a positive payback for our happiness and health too.
When people experience kindness it also makes them kinder as a result – so kindness is contagious!
As the saying goes: "if you want to feel good, do good" 
So for your Day 2 challenge: Daily Acts of Kindness
Perform an extra act of kindness today and comment

Who for? 
How did it make you feel?

This could be a compliment, a helping hand, a hug, a gift or something else. The act may be large or small and the recipient may not even be aware of it.
Ideally your acts of kindness should be beyond the kind things you already do on a regular basis :)
