The Best & Easiest Alfredo and Garlic Bread

This is by far the best and easiest Alfredo sauce I have ever made!  We have been making this for years!  It's a family favorite but not the best recipe while dieting ha ha!  And the garlic bread was inspired by working at Chilis for 10 years.  They by far have the best garlic bread and I think it's because they grill it not bake it.  Here's the recipe...
For the Alfredo Sauce:
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne (I use tony's) or black pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan...

Let it simmer for 12 Minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.  That's it!!!
*I love to add shrimp and crawfish to my alfredo!  Chicken is delicious too!  Just cook it however you like and toss it with your pasta!  Yummy!!!

For the Garlic Bread:

  • 1 Loaf of French Bread Cut into slices
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 1 TBS of Johnny's Garlic Spread & Seasoning (from Costco)
Mix the butter and garlic together.  Spread on both sides of bread.  On high heat toast each side of the bread on the grill.  Toast perfectly and enjoy!  I promise this is the best garlic bread ever!!!
